Fire technical condition report
The requirements for documented fire safety for existing buildings are regulated in the Regulations on fire prevention. This is documented with a fire technical condition report, which is an overall analysis of fire technical conditions in the building. Optimum fire safety has broad and long experience with, among other things, 1890 farms (brick farms). We deliver a finished product with concrete and cost-effective solutions for how fire safety can be raised to an accepted level.
Fire engineering engineering - fire concept
For projects, changes of use or total rehabilitation, for example, the authorities take care of their requirements for documented fire safety in a so-called fire concept.
